Humber to The Wash - Public Vote Winner Revealed!
We are delighted to share that the winner of the public vote in the Humber to The Wash exhibition is Abby Wall with her painting, “Please Give Me Space”. Abby was also the joint winner of the Emerging Artist Prize making this an incredibly successful exhibition for her!
“I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone that visited and enjoyed the show and to you guys at The Ropewalk for curating and hosting a fantastic exhibition.
I created this painting as a way of learning new techniques that I could then pass on to the students in my job at John Leggott College, I can’t believe it’s reached further than that and that it’s been received so well! I’m honestly so grateful.”
